Debenhams Christmas Blogger Competition

Debenhams are running a fantastic Christmas competition this year for bloggers. There are 5 £100 vouchers to be won – now wouldn’t that be a bonus for the Christmas shopping? You can find more details about the competition here.

Douglas and Arthur, being only five and a half months old, obviously aren’t old enough to write their own list to Father Christmas. Nor can they flick through the catalogues with a red pen in hand like I used to, so I’ve used a bit of artistic license to imagine what they might choose if they could!

Here are our mood boards – with a twist!

Douglas’s Picks:

Lamaze Wrist Rattle & Foot Finders

Douglas loves music and discovering different sounds, so I think it would be interesting to see how he would react to these! Also, the high contrast black and white stripes are visually very stimulating to babies!

Baby Einstein Discover and Play Piano

This toy looks great and fun and value for money, too. It has twenty different tunes, three instrument modes and even animal sounds! Plus, the flashing lights make it a multi-sensory experience.

WinFun Rattle Music Set

I’ve been meaning to buy some instruments because Douglas loves to hold them when we go to our weekly music class! He has a good grip now and this set looks perfect for his little hands.

Arthur’s Picks:

Baby Einstein – Ocean Exploration Play Pad

Both boys are enjoying exploring textures recently, and this toy has so much to discover, I think it would be something they would both play with for a long time to come.

Jelly Cat Babies Jungle Tails Book

Books are one of Arthur’s favourite things – he loves sitting on my lap to look at any kind of book. This one looks unique and very visually appealing.

Oball Grip & Play Suction Cup Toy

Arthur loves sitting in his new high chair and I love sitting with him and showing him different toys. It would be fun showing him how to use this, and the suction cup means he won’t lose it!

If you are a fellow blogger, there is still time to enter – the competition closes at midnight on Sunday 15th!

UPDATE 18th November

We were chosen as one of the lucky winners of this competition – so exciting!
