RECIPE: BANANA LOAF

A recipe just the way I like it: simple and quick! The resulting loaf is gorgeously gooey and moist. Serve it warm with custard for dessert, or enjoy a slice with a cup of tea!

Cool in tin for five minutes and then remove to a wire rack.

The loaf doesn’t last very long in this house as it’s so moreish! Let me know if you try it!
